I’m a 20-something currently living in Knoxville, TN. I finished my BS in Computer Science (minor in Math) in 2004, but decided I didn’t know enough about business to do what I wanted to do. So, I went on to grad school and just finished my MBA (w/ specialization in Management Information Systems) in the spring of 2006. Since then, I accepted a job as an analyst for a large consumer products company. While that job was enjoyable (the people I worked with were particularly great), I decided it was time I focus on what I really wanted to do: software. In 2007, I joined a small software development company (still here in Knoxville) and can honestly say I don’t regret the choice at all – there really is something to the old saying “do what you love”.
