I had AT&T installed on the 19th of Nov. i love the service, the limits to the no of streams is a little bad, but the picture quality as far as locals and HD blows my former provider out the door. I really like the on-demand because they offer so much more. I give this service a 10 because for one with this service for updates all they have to do is push a software update for more channels unlike the regular cable companies. If you are thinking about switching do it, I really love the service. i have 3 boxes, the U450 Phone, net and cable package.

Hi

I am so glad to hear that it is a good service, I just had them out and my children were so excited about being able to watch the cartoon network... well we are still waiting they will not install it in our house since nothing in our house is grounded...

They said we need to contact the landlord since there are electrical outlets in each bathroom and right next to the kitchen sink and they are not grounded and that could cause a big problem.

I am a bit upset about all of this since I did take a day off from work to get this installed.

We will see what happens next..

Thanks for your information
Citrus Heights Ca will keep reading your updates!!

Carrie - I thought you'd like that. It idea was to test something that was close to Knoxville and that was the closest I saw on the speedtest site.

Tony - if you don't upload much it may not be worth it for you...since I had the 3Mbps plan I only got 256Kbps up and I would max that out really quickly anytime I uploaded a file a decent size. So far, the increase in download speed hasn't been as useful since there aren't really any sites I use that have enough bandwidth for it to help. Having my Xbox 360 hooked in via hard line as opposed to the wireless makes a huge difference though...everything is much more stable and speedy now.
